1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Moova Intelligence Ltda, registered under CNPJ 66.972.952/0001-85 ("Moova Intelligence"), which acts as the controller of the personal data processed through it.

2. What data we process

Data you provide in the contact form: name, company, job title (optional), country, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), company profile, area of interest and the content of your message. We do not ask for sensitive data; please do not include it in your message.

Technical access data, recorded by the website server in security logs: IP address, date and time of access, browser and page visited. The IP address is also used to limit repeated form submissions; for this purpose we keep only an encrypted version (hash) of the IP for up to 3 days, never the plain IP alongside the message.

This website does not use advertising cookies or browsing analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from the website itself. The only exception is the form’s anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), loaded on the contact page, which analyzes technical browser signals to tell people from bots and is not used for advertising.

3. How we use the data

• To respond to your inquiry and assess the business opportunity presented.
• To carry out preliminary discussions you have requested, before any contract.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, such as automated submissions.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process data under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018): preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject’s request (art. 7, V), to respond to your inquiry and carry out business discussions; legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), to keep the website secure and prevent abuse; and compliance with legal obligations (art. 7, II), such as retaining access logs as required by article 15 of Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).

Form data is not used to send marketing communications.

5. Who we share data with

Data is shared only with providers needed to run the website and handle your inquiry, acting as processors:

• Website hosting provider, which also runs the contact form: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the website, runs the contact form, performs the anti-bot check (Turnstile) and stores the messages in a database located in the European Union.
• Email services that send and receive the notice of each inquiry: Resend (United States), which sends the notice from servers in São Paulo, Brazil, and Zoho, the provider of the corporate mailbox that receives it.
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

6. International transfers

Form messages are stored in a database located in the European Union. Cloudflare and Resend are companies based in the United States and may process data there to provide their services. These international transfers take place under the safeguards of article 33 of the LGPD and the regulations of Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD), including these providers’ contractual data protection commitments.

7. How long we keep data

Messages sent through the form, and the inquiry notices emailed to our team, are kept for 12 months and deleted afterwards, unless they lead to a business relationship or the law requires otherwise. Access logs are kept for 6 months, as required by article 15 of Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework.

8. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

• confirmation that your data is being processed, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
• data portability and information about who your data has been shared with;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest, in case of non-compliance with the law.

9. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to our data protection officer at contact@moovaintelligence.com. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. Security

The website is served exclusively over a secure connection (HTTPS), the form is protected against automated submissions and rate-limited, messages are kept in an access-restricted database and are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period. Access to received messages is restricted to the people responsible for handling them.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
